Choose and Cut your own Christmas Tree at Mountain Star Farms
It is with regret that we will not open the farm for Choose & Cut in 2023. The tree inventory has gotten lower than we'd like, and letting the existing trees grow another year will allow the farm to have sustainable harvests in the future. Additionally, we have been unable to hire enough staff to run the Choose & Cut operation.
We are sorry for any inconvenience. We thank you for your loyal support over the years and hope to see you all return for the 2024 Christmas season.

Choose & Cut your own Tree
Come visit during the holiday season and choose and harvest your own tree. The farm has lots of old stone walls and a fantastic two-state view of the White Mountains and the Connecticut River Valley. Bring a picnic and enjoy the farm in a leisurely fashion. Our Swiftwater Farm is located on NH Route 112.
We are known as the home of the TALL TREES! We have thousands of trees over 8 feet and hundreds in the 9-15 foot range. We cut all our wholesale trees from our other farms to keep a huge inventory of tall trees at our Choose & Cut farm in Swiftwater.
We make your visit as fun and easy as possible:
- We provide the saws
- We twine bale your tree for free for easy transport and setup
- We help you put the tree on your vehicle
- Well behaved, leashed dogs are welcome
- Fresh, precut trees available, too
- We always have a smile for you
