It is with regret that we will not open the farm for Choose & Cut in 2023. The tree inventory has gotten lower than we'd like, and letting the existing trees grow another year will allow the farm to have sustainable harvests in the future. Additionally, we have been unable to hire enough staff to run the Choose & Cut operation.
We are sorry for any inconvenience. We thank you for your loyal support over the years and hope to see you all return for the 2024 Christmas season.
Mountain Star Farms is a Christmas tree farm in New Hampshire that has been producing the finest wholesale, choose-and-cut and retail Christmas trees and wreaths since 1982. We specialize in cultivating high-quality Fraser fir and Balsam fir Christmas trees.
Mountain Star Farms has been judged as the New Hampshire State Christmas Tree Champion eleven times at New England's largest fair - the Eastern States Exposition (Big E). In 2000, we were the Grand Champion of the Big E and were judged Grand Champion at the New Hampshire State Fair. In 1998, we were selected as a New Hampshire Farm of Distinction by the New Hampshire Department of Agriculture, Markets and Food.
Mountain Star Farms was voted the Favorite Christmas Tree Farm in New Hampshire for 7 consecutive years by the viewers of WMUR TV-9.
